RA Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan's Speech at the 8th Pan-Armenian Educational Conference

Dear participants and guests of the 8th Pan-Armenian Educational Conference,
I congratulate you on the launching of the 2018 conference. The conference is symbolic in its format as the educational cooperation with the Diaspora is one of the most crucial components of Armenia-Diaspora relations, the most essential assurance for the development of Armenian pedagogical intellect and education.
Today, in the field of education, there are such values, which will be the basis of the Armenian political and cultural agenda of tomorrow. Our diverse diaspora should try to exclusively find its national identity and stance in our educational issues, based on the Armenianization principle.
The aim of the conference is to discuss current issues and problems of Armenian schools abroad, to clarify the further steps of the RA Ministry of Education and to aim at improving the programs implemented in the educational system of the Diaspora.
The four-day resolution should reflect the fundamental steps in resolving issues of education in the Diaspora and to create a continuous environment of cooperation for joint Armenia-Diaspora programs. I believe that the results achieved at the conference will contribute to a more effective system and development of Armenian education in the Diaspora.Once again, I congratulate all of us and announce the embarking of the 8th Pan-Armenian Educational Conference.
