Dear teachers,
I greet you and congratulate you on Teacher's Day. Any professional holiday is a wonderful occasion to make sense of and to think about accomplishments. The essence of the day gives us an opportunity to evaluate the past and to envisage the path that will ensure the kindling of the school and will create favorable conditions for detecting the teacher's creative potential and promoting the complete education of students.
According to the well-known expert in education and creative thinker, Ken Robinson, the teacher is like a gardener. He does not grow the plant, but creates conditions that promote its growth. Generating such conditions is only possible with teacher student cooperation and the most appreciating aspect of teaching is the ongoing professional teacher development in students’ perspectives.
