On June 5th, in honor of the constitution day, there was a Bachelor and Master degree graduation ceremony in Gavar's State University. The RA Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan was with the students on their special day. He handed diplomas to the students and congratulated on their graduation. Then he added, "Active Citizens and qualified professionals are the creators of New Armenia and remember that learning is a continuing process and it does not end with getting a diploma."
